Young gifted craftsmen from the best ship modeling groups of Tver formed the basis of the personnel. Their qualification was certified by grades in ship modeling sport obtained in various ship modeling competitions and contests. All of our craftsmen have higher engineering education and can perfectly understand technical literature & plans of any kind. They are able to work out documentations for building a scale model on their own as well.
